How to use
- Choose metric (cm/kg) or imperial (in/lb) units.
- Enter your height.
- Enter your weight.
- Read your BMI value and its WHO category: underweight, normal, overweight, or obese, along with the healthy weight range for your height.
Examples
- 170 cm and 65 kg gives a BMI of 22.5 — within the normal range.
- 5'9" and 180 lb gives a BMI of 26.6 — classified as overweight.
