How to use
- Enter the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP).
- Adjust your average cycle length if it differs from 28 days.
- The estimated due date is calculated as 280 days from the LMP, shifted for your cycle length.
- The result also shows your current gestational age in weeks and days and the trimester you are in. This is an estimate, not medical advice.
Examples
- An LMP of January 1 with a standard 28-day cycle gives an estimated due date of October 8 (40 weeks later by Naegele's rule).
- If today is March 1 for that LMP, the tool shows you are about 8 weeks and 3 days pregnant, in the first trimester.
