How to use

1. Enter the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP).
2. Adjust your average cycle length if it differs from 28 days.
3. The estimated due date is calculated as 280 days from the LMP, shifted for your cycle length.
4. The result also shows your current gestational age in weeks and days and the trimester you are in. This is an estimate, not medical advice.

Examples

• An LMP of January 1 with a standard 28-day cycle gives an estimated due date of October 8 (40 weeks later by Naegele's rule).
• If today is March 1 for that LMP, the tool shows you are about 8 weeks and 3 days pregnant, in the first trimester.
